A quickie before I start working in the kitchen making more raw goodies! I've been starting to work on a raw candy ebook. I thought I'd might as well do it as my cookie and snack phase seems to have gotten a real grip on me now.. I was also planning on making some raw treats as christmas gifts for my family this year so why not turn it into an ebook?
For this year I have a christmas challenge:
• I'm going to make all of the christmas gifts with my hands. No shopping except for things I need in the making.
• I'm going to make only beautiful things that calls to the hearts and souls of the receiver, nothing practical.
• I'm going to take the time (that I don't have) to fully embark in the crafting for the pure joy of creating and giving, also as crafting is such a wonderful meditation.
• As much as possible, making the gifts out of old things (so far, I'v got three lovely old books I'm going to turn into a true work of art later...) check out this woman's beautiful book art.

This is super-exciting! I've made several of your recipes (those chocolate-prune things are amazing) and I've even gotten my very traditional parents hooked on raw desserts. I'll confess that I'm not vegan or even vegetarian, but I follow a heavily-raw LCHF diet so your raw treats are the perfect way to balance. Can't wait to get several copies of the book for myself and friends. :)
