Hi!! And Merry Christmas!

How's your holiday celebrations coming up? Mines been a bit up side down really. Christmas eve turned into a process (mainly me letting go of old emotional toxins), but having a horoscope with a "pluto personality"always gives me intense and deep emotional processes. I'm used to it, to say the least, and appreciate that the pluto influence forces me to tackle things that I otherwise would not.  

Sometimes that's life and as long as you become wiser and more humble, it can only be good, having a process or two. 

Anyhow... Christmas morning was way better, with a new understanding of yesterdays emotional findings, AND a fruit salad with a killer super food-chocolate sauce. 

Fruit salad with a Super food Raw Chocolate

I like to go classic, using banana, apple, pear, orange, passion fruit, melon and raisins. You can not make a decent fruit salad without that combination ;) Or well maybe. If you sprinkle raw chocolate on top! (in Swedish further down).

• 1/4 Cup or 45 g melted Cacao butter

• 1 tablespoon raw Kakao powder

• 1/8 teaspoon real Vanilla

• 1 teaspoon Acaí berry powder

• 1 teaspoon Maca

• a small pinch of Himalayan salt

• 1 tablespoon Agave 

• 0.5 teaspoon Suma

• 3 tablespoons of Chia seeds

• Optional: a few drops of Peppermint.

Melt the Cacao butter in a water batch or in a dehydrator, then add the remaining ingredients and stir by hand. Drizzle the melted chocolate on top of the fruit salad, voliá! 

• 0.75 dl krossad Kakaosmör, eller 45 g. 

• 1 msk raw Kakaopulver

• 0.5 krm äkta Vanilj

• 1 tsk Acaí bärpulver

• 1 tsk Maca

• en liten nypa Himalayasalt

• 1 msk Agave

• 0.5 tsk Suma

• 3 msk Chiafrön

• ev. några droppar Pepparmynta.

Smält Kakaosmöret i ett vattenbad eller i en torkugn, tillsätt alla ingredienser i en skål och rör för hand. Ringla den smälta chokladen över fruktsalladen och njuuuut!
